I got great value for my money at Rosa Serenella. The room was comfortable and clean, with ample hot water. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lifts and the village. The staff, although ranging from a little grumpy to crazy chatty, treated me well and the owners, David and Erika, were extraordinarily kind and helpful.
The breakfast selection could be improved by offering more variety, such as including more fruit options alongside the sweet items.

the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even provided Italian lessons, which was a fun and unexpected touch. Secondly, the location was perfect - right in the middle of everything, with the ski lifts just a stone's throw away. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed waking up to a beautiful mountain view from my balcony. Oh, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!
All in all, everything was great - no complaints here!

I recently stayed at Rosa Serenella for a week-long ski trip. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh pastries made every morning. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even reserving tables at local restaurants for us. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Campo Smith and a bus ride away from Jafferau. The staff went above and beyond, providing Italian lessons and ensuring the rooms were always clean. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We stayed in a hotel close to the ski lifts and the town centre, which was very convenient. the room was cozy and had a warm atmosphere, however, the walls were thin so we could hear our neighbours. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with various options. We loved the beautiful view of the mountains from our room and enjoyed the shared facilities like the restaurant and bar.

During our Christmas vacation, we enjoyed two major features of the hotel: the great breakfast and the helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of fresh food that pleased all our different tastes. The hotel's prime location was perfect for going to the slope, making it super easy to access enjoyable winter activities. And the cherry on top was the friendly and helpful staff that made our stay comfortable and relaxing.
We encountered some challenges with the internet connection during our stay. The wifi was slow, and there was no signal in some areas.

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at Hotel Rosa Serenella. The staff, especially Doviell and Erika, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They even helped us retrieve our locked keys from our car on a Sunday when no one else could assist. The cozy rooms, excellent breakfast, and helpful suggestions for nearby attractions and dining options made us feel right at home. We loved the warm ambiance, good location, and shared facilities of the hotel. Plus, the price was unbeatable for the quality and location. Highly recommended!
100% Recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decoration, with beautiful wooden furniture and warm colors that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining room, were tastefully decorated and created a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails that made it easy to navigate the corridors and stairs.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in terms of helping senior guests with their luggage or providing additional support during activities. The children working there were friendly and polite, but I think having more dedicated staff members to cater to the needs of older guests would have enhanced the vacation experience for senior people like myself.
